TRAMISUBOO - Two-Meter Radio Mini Survey (T-RaMiSu) of the Bootes Field |
HEASARC Archive |
The source catalog presented here is derived from seven 4 hour pointings with the GMRT at 153 MHz, centered on the NOAO Bootes field. The resulting 30 square degree image has a central noise level of 2 mJy/beam and a resolution of 25". This table contains entries for all 1289 detected 153-MHz radio sources as well as for the 160 Gaussian components of the 77 sources (71 doubles and 3 triples) which could be fit by multiple Gaussian components, making a total of 1449 entries.
T-RaMiSu: The Two-meter Radio Mini Survey I. The Bootes Field. Williams W.L., Intema H.T., Rottgering H.J.A. <Astron. Astrophys. 549, A55 (2013)> =2013A&A...549A..55W (SIMBAD/NED BibCode)
Name
The name for the GMRT 153-MHz radio source. This was created by the HEASARC
using the '[WIR2013]' prefix (for Williams, Intema, Rottgering 2013) the
J2000.0 equatorial coordinates and the component identifier (if any), in the
style that we expect will be recommended by the Dictionary of Nomenclature of
Celestial Objects, e.g., '[WIR2013] JHHMMSS+DDMMa'. Thus, for double sources,
there are 3 entries corresponding to one for the entire source, and two for
the two components, e.g., '[WIR2013] J144617+3506', '[WIR2013] J144617+3506a'
and '[WIR2013] J144617+3506b'.
Component
This parameter identifies the component for multiple-Gaussian
sources, e.g., 'a', 'b', or 'c'.
RA
The flux-weighted Right Ascension of the 153-MHz radio source in the
selected equinox. This was given in J2000.0 decimal degrees to a precision of
10-5 degrees in the original table.
RA_Error
The uncertainty in the flux-weighted Right Ascension of the
153-MHz radio source, in arcseconds.
Dec
The flux-weighted Declination of the 153-MHz radio source in the
selected equinox. This was given in J2000.0 decimal degrees to a precision
of 10-5 degrees in the original table.
Dec_Error
The uncertainty in the flux-weighted Declination of the
153-MHz radio source, in arcseconds.
LII
The Galactic Longitude of the 153-MHz radio source.
BII
The Galactic Latitude of the 153-MHz radio source.
Int_Flux_153_MHz
The integrated flux density of the 153-MHz radio source,
in mJy.
Int_Flux_153_MHz_Error
The uncertainty in the integrated flux density of
the 153-MHz radio source, in mJy.
Flux_153_MHz
The peak flux density of the 153-MHz radio source,
in mJy/beam.
Flux_153_MHz_Error
The uncertainty in the peak flux density of the 153-MHz
radio source, in mJy/beam.
RMS_153_MHz
The local RMS noise in the 153-MHz image near the source, in
mJy/beam.
Num_Gaussians
The number of Gaussians fitted to the 153-MHz radio source.
For point sources, this is 1, whereas for extended sources for which Gaussian
components could be successfully fit, this is 2 (71 such sources) or 3 (6 such
sources). For extended sources for which the Gaussian fits were poor, this
number is left as null.
Semi_Major_Axis
For extended 153-MHz radio sources for which the Gaussian
components could be successfully fit, the deconvolved semi-major axis of
the indicated Gaussian component, in arcseconds.
Semi_Major_Axis_Error
The uncertainty in the deconvolved semi-major axis of
the indicated Gaussian component, in arcseconds.
Semi_Minor_Axis
For extended 153-MHz radio sources for which the Gaussian
components could be successfully fit, the deconvolved semi-minor axis of
the indicated Gaussian component, in arcseconds. For sources which were
resolved in only one direction, this is left blank.
Semi_Minor_Axis_Error
The uncertainty in the deconvolved semi-minor axis of
the indicated Gaussian component, in arcseconds.
Position_Angle
For extended 153-MHz radio sources for which the Gaussian
components could be successfully fit, the deconvolved position angle of
the indicated Gaussian component, in degrees.
Position_Angle_Error
The uncertainty in the deconvolved position angle of
the indicated Gaussian component, in degrees.
