A catalog containing 462 sources detected with a resolution of 17.0 arcsecs by 15.5 arcsecs is presented. The differential source counts calculated from the WSRT data have been compared with those from the shallow VLA-NEP survey of Kollgaard et al. (1994, ApJS, 93, 145), and show a pronounced excess for sources fainter than ~1 mJy, consistent with the presence of a population of star-forming galaxies at sub-mJy flux levels.
The AKARI NEP deep field is the focus of a major observing campaign conducted across the entire spectral region. The combination of these data sets, along with the deep nature of the radio observations will allow unique studies of a large range of topics including the redshift evolution of the luminosity function of radio sources, the clustering environment of radio galaxies, the nature of obscured radio-loud active galactic nuclei, and the radio/far-infrared correlation for distant galaxies. This catalog provides the basic data set for a future series of paper dealing with source identifications, morphologies, and the associated properties of the identified radio sources.

Source_Number
A running number for each source in the catalog which uniquely identifies it,
in order of increasing J2000.0 Right Ascension.
Alt_Name
The HEASARC has created an alternative designation for sources in this
catalog using the standard Dictionary of Nomenclature of Celestial Objects
naming convention based on the source number, e.g., '[WPB2010] 1' for the
source number 1, where the prefix refers to White, Pearson, Braun (2010).
Name
The HEASARC-created J2000.0 position-based source designation, e.g.,
'ANEPW JHHMMSS+DDMMSS', where the prefix refers to 'AKARI NEP WSRT'. The names
as given in the original reference where in a form ('NEPHHMMSS+DDMMSS') which
used a deprecated prefix ('NEP') and omitted the required 'J' for J2000.0
position-based names.
RA
The Right Ascension of the 20-cm radio source in the selected equinox.
This was given in J2000.0 equatorial coordinates to a precision of 0.1
seconds of time in the original reference.
Dec
The Declination of the 20-cm radio source in the selected equinox.
This was given in J2000.0 equatorial coordinates to a precision of 0.1
arcseconds in the original reference.
LII
The Galactic Longitude of the 20-cm radio source.
BII
The Galactic Latitude of the 20-cm radio source.
RA_Error
The positional uncertainty in Right Ascension of the radio source
relative to the self-calibrated and bootstrapped reference frame described
in Section 3 of the reference paper, in arcseconds, after mitigating the
various effects mentioned therein. See Section 5.8 of the reference paper
for a discussion of the factors which affect the positional accuracy of
these radio sources.
Dec_Error

The RMS uncertainty in the total flux density of the
radio source at 20 cm, in mJy.
Major_Axis
The major axis of the radio source, in arcseconds. The source
dimensions are estimated by deconvolving the measured sizes from the
synthesized beam, and are reported when more than double the synthesized
beam size.
Minor_Axis
The minor axis of the radio source, in arcseconds. The source
dimensions are estimated by deconvolving the measured sizes from the
synthesized beam, and are reported when more than double the synthesized
beam size.
Position_Angle
The position angle of the radio source, in degrees.
