STUDY OF TIME VARIATION OF A MAGNETAR 1E1841-045 IN KES73
ABSTRACT
We propose monitering observation of 1E1841-045 in Kes 73, which has recently been rediscovered as a 11-sec pulsar. It has extremely strong surface magnetic field of 8 x 10^14 gauss and one of the stongest candidate of the magnetar. Combining the 4 succeeding observations lasting for about 700 ksec, we are going to study its timing irregularity and obtain the period derivative and its second derivative. The observation must provide us keys for the inner structure of neutron stars and their origin of strong magnetic field.
