ASCA: Rules Governing Public Data Dates

The following propriertary periods apply to the ASCA data:

  • US and joint US/Jp data will be public 1 year + 2 weeks from dispatch to the PI.
  • Jp and joint Jp/US data (with a Japanese PI) will be delivered 18 months + 2 weeks from dispatch to the PI.
  • Calibration data enters the public domain as soon as it is processed.
