ASCA Guest Observer Facility

The following ASCA science highlights were compiled for the proposal to the biannual NASA astrophysics senior review. Since ASCA has produced far more exciting science than could be fit into the proposal page limits the following is an expanded version of the science highlights section of the proposal. If you know of anything that should be in here but is not then please send mail to Keith Arnaud. Thank you to everyone who sent preprints so that these highlights could be as up-to-date as possible.
