The PTEXPO program computes the exposure of a
single point in the sky for a given time range.
The user specifies the point in galactic or celestial coordinates, the
time range (which must be
within a single viewing period), the energy range as well as other parameters
and the program computes the exposure for the point. The program is
similar to the INTMAP program but works with single points instead of maps.
