To setup your account for working with INTEGRAL data at ISDC ============================================================ last update of this file: June 1, 2006 Follow the instructions step by step! create on your home directory a directory for the parameter files: cd mkdir pfiles mkdir data_rep copy the parameter files to your pfiles directory: cp /isdc/integration/osa_int/current-SunOS/pfiles/*.par ~/pfiles start the script to initialise your account: Sun Solaris: source /isdc/scripts/login --ACTIVITY=OSA-5v1 --ISDC_ENV=/isdc/integration/osa_int/current-SunOS Linux: source /isdc/scripts/login --ACTIVITY=OSA-5v1 source $ISDC_ENV/bin/isdc_init_env.csh Now go to your data_rep directory, create an obs/ directory and set the links to the data directories: cd data_rep setenv REP_BASE_PROD $PWD mkdir obs ln -s /isdc/arc/rev_2/scw scw ln -s /isdc/arc/rev_2/ic ic ln -s /isdc/arc/rev_2/idx idx ln -s /isdc/arc/rev_2/aux aux For near real time data: ln -s /isdc/pvphase/nrt/ops_1/scw scw ln -s /isdc/pvphase/nrt/ops_1/ic ic ln -s /isdc/pvphase/nrt/ops_1/idx idx ln -s /isdc/pvphase/nrt/ops_1/aux aux Now you can work under your personal data_rep/ with the archived in-flight test data! Please note that there are some disk space limits. In the scw/ directory you can easily see, which revolution numbers are available: ls scw/
