Based on the two prior flares, we anticipate that the X-ray emission should peak and decrease twice between these dates Dec. 10 - Jan. 9. Daily observations totaling 31 days are requested to capture this rapid evolution.

Description: ASAS-SN will be observing this galaxy at sub-daily cadence -- higher cadence than normal survey operations. Coincident with the flare, we have four approved Keck LRIS nights, and we have 7 orbits approved for HST STIS to capture UV spectroscopy. We are in the process of getting approval for Chandra X-ray observations. We anticipate submitting Swift ToO observations to obtain XRT/UVOT light curves.
