NAME
expomap - generate an exposure map
USAGE
expomap instname=<filename> attname=<filename> outname=<filename>
DESCRIPTION
This tool generates an exposure map for a given instrument map and attitude history..
The instrument map is an image in detector coordinates specifying the FOV for the exposure.
The time interval(s) of the exposure can be taken from an image start and stop keywords, or a GTI extension.
PARAMETERS
- instname [filename]
- Instrument map FITS image.
- gtiname [filename]
- FITS table extension holding image (with TSTART and TSTOP) or GTI table.
- attname [filename]
- Attitude history file (in coordfits/ATTFILE format).
- teldef [filename]
- Telescope definition file (coordfits/TELDEF format).
- outname [filename]
- Exposure map output file name.
- ra [real]
- Right ascension of center of exposure map [deg].
- dec [real]
- Declination of center of exposure map [deg].
- width [integer]
- Width of exposure map [pixels].
- height [integer]
- Height of exposure map [pixels].
- (attdelta = 0.1) [real]
- Maximum change in attitude between incrementing the exposure map (radians).
- (aberration = yes) [boolean]
- Account for velocity aberration?
- (chatter = 1) [enumerated integer]
- Standard HEAdas chatter parameter.
- (clobber = no) [boolean]
- Standard HEAdas clobber parameter.
- (history = yes) [boolean]
- Standard HEAdas history parameter.
