Updated effective area curves for Swift UVOT (except for the grisms).
New in Version 3.8a (Released 2006 May 2)
Updated effective area curves for Swift XRT in Photon Counting and Windowed Timing modes.
New in Version 3.8 (Released 2006 May 1)
The dead-time fraction of XMM-Newton EPIC-pn burst mode has been corrected.
PIMMS now outputs bacground and signal-to-noise information for Swift/BAT, in its total bandpass as well as in 4 standard bands.
