  • The directives “using namespace std” and “using namespace CCfits” have been removed from heasp.h. If required they can be added to the start of any program linking to heasp.
  • All of heasp is now enclosed in a namespace called heasp.
  • RealVector, IntegerVector, and StringVector have been added as typedefs.
  • The SPutils routines isValidXUnits, isValidYUnits, calcXfactor, and calcYfactor have been renamed to SPisValidXUnits, SPisValidYUnits, SPcalcXfactor, and SPcalcYfactor for consistency.
