Description

This function reads the value of specified parameter. The parameter has to be of type string (type stored in parameter file). If this is not the case error code is returned. Ascii string (value of parameter) has to have exactly NELEM real numbers separated with spaces. If there are more or less then NELEM then error code is returned.
