New sis response matrices available

New ASCA SIS response matrices are available through anonymous ftp to
legacy.gsfc.nasa.gov.  The files are located in the directory
/caldb/data/asca/sis/cpf/94jun20.

These files supercede the matrices in /caldb/data/asca/sis/cpf/93dec20.

For a complete listing of all good quality ASCA calibration files, see the
README file on legacy in /caldb/data/asca.  For complete scientific
information about these files (and all files in the ASCA Caldb) see the
postscript document, cal_asd_92_006.ps on legacy in /caldb/docs/asca.
