New ASCA XRT RPSF dataset available (from Nagoya ray-tracing)

A new ASCA XRT calibration dataset is now available in the HEASARC Calibration
Database (eg via anonymous ftp from legacy.gsfc.nasa.gov). The dataset is
located in the file:

        /caldb/data/asca/xrt/bcf/xrt_psf_v1_0.fits

and contains the XRT Radial Point-Spread-Function dataset from the ray-tracings
carried out at Nagoya. The dataset superceeds all earlier XRT RPSF datasets,
and further instructions on its use will by provided to PIs by the ASCA GOF
at NASA/GSFC in the near future.
