Two new ASCA XRT calibration datasets available within the HEASARC Caldb

Two new calibration files relating to XRTs are now available in the HEASARC 
Calibration Database (ie via anonymous ftp from heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov). 
The new datasets are located in the following directory:
	
	caldb/data/asca/xrt/bcf/

and consist of the files:
	xrt_ea_v2_0.fits      ...new effective area curves which supersedes 
				  the pre-existing file xrt_ea_v1_1.fits
				  (also in the above directory)
	xrt_psf_v2_0.fits     ...new PSF curves which supersedes 
				  the pre-existing file xrt_psf_v2_0.fits
				  (also in the above directory)

Local Caldb Managers should flag these datasets as good within CIFs. No 
further information regarding the details of the updates is yet available to 
the CALDB. Information regarding the use of these files will be supplied to 
GOs by the ASCA GOF at NASA/GSFC.
