Announcement of the COSPAR Symposium E1.2
------------------------------------------------------------------------
This message contains some essential information and the program of
the COSPAR symposium E1.2, entitled:
"X-ray and gamma-ray signatures of black holes and weakly magnetized
neutron stars"
19-20 July 2000 (Wednesday-Thursday), during the COSPAR Scientific
Assembly in Warsaw, Poland.
Note that the dates and duration have been changed with respect to the
original COSPAR announcement. The duration is now 2 full days. With
the above dates, it now follows the COSPAR symposium E1.1, "New vistas
from X-ray observatories", 17-18 July.
Important deadlines:
10 January 2000: submission of abstracts for contributions.
1 May 2000: pre-registration at reduced rates.
1 May 2000: hotel reservations.
