TWO YEARS OF SCIENCE WITH CHANDRA
September 5-7, 2001 at the Washington Plaza Hotel

The meeting will highlight key science results from the first two
years of operation of the Chandra X-ray Observatory. Virtually all
topics in X-ray astronomy will be covered, including (but not limited
to) stellar corona, supernova remnants, high resolution AGN
spectroscopy, black holes, neutron stars, normal galaxies, galaxy
clusters, resolution of the X-ray background, gamma-ray bursts, etc.
Contributions covering recent results from XMM-Newton and other X-ray
observatories will also be presented.

The list of review talks and the speakers is included below. The
schedule allows for 15 minute contributed talks. These will be chosen
from the abstract submitted before the June 15th deadline. The posters
will be displayed during 3 days of the meeting.

This meeting is organized by the Chandra X-ray Center, Marshall Space
Flight Center, Goddard Space Flight Center, and the University of
Maryland. This meeting will also be the 12th Maryland Annual
Astrophysics Conference.
