ROSAT HRI Calibration File renamed in the OGIP CALDB

    ROSAT HRI Calibration File renamed in the OGIP CALDB
    ****************************************************

   The file hri_90dec01.rmf formerly in the directory given below 
has been RENAMED to:
	caldb/data/rosat/hri/cpf/hri_90dec01.rsp

These was done with the agreement of the ROSAT GOF at NASA/GSFC to make the
naming scheme more consistent with other detector response matrices in the
CALDB for which the extension: 
   *.rmf indicates a detector redistribution matrix (only)
   *.rsp indicates a detector redistribution matrix MULTIPLED
         by the telescope effective area.
The file was NOT changed in any other way.
