Hello All,
    Internet access to ESTEC is not possible today.  This means that 
there is no access to the on-line XMM helpdesk.  However, XRPS is  
operating and can be reached directly at: 

http://www.xmmsoc.ops.esa.int/wphrp_menu.asp
