QuickSim Bug

There is an inconsistency between the QuickSim code and the
effective area file released for AO-3 which caused the program
to point to the wrong effective area vector for the PN data.  The 
MOS modeling is correct.  Revised code for quicksim.f and 
quicksim_linux.f have been placed in the quicksim directory:

ftp://legacy.gsfc.nasa.gov/xmm/software/quicksim
