ROSAT PSPC Al-K Gain Maps available within the HEASARC CALDB

A set of "Al-K" gain maps for the ROSAT PSPC are now available in 
the HEASARC Calibration Database (ie via anonymous ftp from 
heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov). The datasets are located in the directory:

	caldb/data/rosat/pspc/bcf/alk_gainmaps/

and will be required by the pctcor ftool scheduled to be released 
in the near future. 

These datasets should be marked as good in all CIFs. Further information
regarding the maps, and instructions on their use will be supplied to users 
by the ROSAT GOF at NASA/GSFC in the near future.
