First post-launch XTE cal files available in the HEASARC Caldb

The first post-launch calibration files for XTE PCA are now available in the 
HEASARC Calibration Database (ie via anonymous ftp from heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov). 
The datasets are located in the directory:

	caldb/data/xte/pca/bcf/eds/

and consist of the "EDS" gain correction files:

	edsgcor_951230.fits   Dec 30, 1995 13:48:00     Jan 18, 1996 18:31:44
	edsgcor_960118.fits   Jan 18, 1996 18:31:45     present

Both datasets should be flagged as good in CIFs. Further information on the 
use of these files will be provided to users via the XTE GOF at NASA/GSFC.

Local Caldb Managers should note that the file edsgcor_950818.fits, also in 
the above directory is a pre-launch "test" dataset, and need not be copied.
