New PCA E2C file

A new E2C file for the PCA is now available in the HEASARC Calibration Database (i.e. via anonymous ftp from heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov) in the form of :

     /caldb/data/xte/pca/bcf/e2c/pca_e2c_e03v04.fits

The new dataset should be flagged as good in CIFs. Further information on the use of this file will be provided to users via the XTE GOF at NASA/GSFC.
