relconv, relconv_lp, relconv_lp_ext: convolve with relativistic accretion disk line profile with different geometries

Convolves with one the family of relline line profiles. The basic code is described in Dauser et al. (2010) and the extension to lamp post geometries in Dauser et al. (2013).

The parameters for relconv are :

par1 Index1: emissivity index for the inner disk
par2 Index2: emissivity index for the outer disk
par3 Rbr: break radius separating the inner and outer portions of the disk (gravitational radii)
par4 a: dimensionless black hole spin
par5 Incl: disk inclination angle to the line of sight (degrees)
par6 Rin: inner radius of the disk in units of the radius of marginal stability
par7 Rout: outer radius of the disk in units of the radius of marginal stability
par8 limb: limb-darkening/-brightening law with 0=isotropic, 1=darkening (flux 1+2.06mu), 2=brightening (flux ln(1+1/mu)) where mu=cos(emission angle)
norm flux in line (photons/cm$^2$/s)

The parameters for relconvlp are :

par1 h: height of the primary source (GM/c2̂)
par2 a: dimensionless black hole spin
par3 Incl: disk inclination angle to the line of sight (degrees)
par4 Rin: inner radius of the disk in units of the radius of marginal stability
par5 Rout: outer radius of the disk in units of the radius of marginal stability
par6 limb: limb-darkening/-brightening law with 0=isotropic, 1=darkening (flux 1+2.06mu), 2=brightening (flux ln(1+1/mu)) where mu=cos(emission angle)
par7 gamma: power-law index of the primary source (E-̂gamma)
norm flux in line (photons/cm$^2$/s)

and the parameters for relconvlpext are :

par1 a: dimensionless black hole spin
par2 Incl: disk inclination angle to the line of sight (degrees)
par3 Rin: inner radius of the disk in units of the radius of marginal stability
par4 Rout: outer radius of the disk in units of the radius of marginal stability
par5 limb: limb-darkening/-brightening law with 0=isotropic, 1=darkening (flux 1+2.06mu), 2=brightening (flux ln(1+1/mu)) where mu=cos(emission angle)
par6 gamma: power-law index of the primary source (E-̂gamma)
par7 hbase: lower height of radially extended primary source
par8 htop: upper height of radially extended primary source
par9 vbase: velocity of the source at hbase
par10 v100: velocity of the source at 100 rg above hbase
norm flux in line (photons/cm$^2$/s)
