HEASARC CALDB REMOTE ACCESS

the update to ftools 4.2 has been released as HEASOFT 5.0; this update
supports remote access to the HEASARC caldb, so that CALDB users can access
the CALDB at the HEASARC without having to install a copy on a local
machine.  See
