Workshop on Studies of Dark Energy and Cosmology with X-ray Surveys
Second announcement:
A workshop on Studies of Dark Energy and Cosmology with X-ray Surveys.
Dates: January 15-16 2004
Location: Greenbelt Marriott near GSFC, Maryland
web-site: http://universe.gsfc.nasa.gov/workshop/
e-mail: xraysurvey@athena.gsfc.nasa.gov
This is the second announcement of the Workshop. The agenda and
current list of confirmed invited speakers is attached. Goals
of the meeting and key questions to be considered are summarized
in the first circular (http://universe.gsfc.nasa.gov/workshop/circular1.html)
Reminder: The abstract deadline is Dec. 1, and the early registration
deadline is Dec. 15. Please submit your abstracts and registration early
as space considerations limit the workshop to ~75 participants.
Confirmed speakers: M. Turner, Z. Haiman, X. Barcons, H. Bohringer, W. Hu,
R. Griffiths, D. Wittman, S. Kahn, A. Riess, M. Gladders, J. Carlstrom,
P. Henry, B. Aschenbach, K. Jahoda, P. Schuecker, J. Mohr, M. Bautz, P. Viana, G. Hasinger
