HEASARC down-time and RXTE TOO request (fwd)

Starting tonight, Friday June 25, 2004 at about 6:00 PM EDT, Goddard
Space Flight Center's HEASARC Archive Server will experience downtime
for scheduled replacement of the building electrical switch.  The mail
servers , Web servers (HEASARC, LHEA, APOD, Universe, Starchild, ftools,
etc.), and the file servers will be powered off. The HEASARC system is
expected to return to normal operations before 9:00 AM EDT Monday,
June 28, 2004.

Should you urgently need to request a time critical target of opportunity
during this time only, please call the RXTE Science Operations Facility (SOF)
directly at

301-286-6032

and leave a voice message with the PI name, proposal number details of
your source activity.

NOTE: The GSFC phone mail system is expected to be down for scheduled
maintenance tonight, Friday June 25, 2004 from 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM EDT.
