[XTEnews]: RXTE Cycle 14 Accepted Program Now Available on the Web

The results of the recent RXTE Cycle 14 Peer Review of Open Time targets
are now available on the Web:

(Or select the "Timelines & Status" option on the lower menu bar on the
RXTE homepage, then scroll down to the entries for Cycle 14.)

These targets will be scheduled for observation in 2009, along with the
previously announced RXTE Cycle 14 Core Program:

Please keep in mind that all observations from both programs are public 
immediately, ie., there is no proprietary time in Cycle 14.
