RXTE TOO observations of GRS 1915+105 on day 120 of 1996
Light Curve of GRS 1915+105 on day 120
|
X-ray light curve of GRS 1915+105 observed with RXTE/PCA.
Bin width of each data is 16 seconds. Bin #0 of X-axis corresponds
to April 29 19:56:47, 1996 (UT). Data gap between Bin #790-863
is due to network trouble of ground quick look system. Data of this
part will be available in public domain archive. This light
curve includes background counts of 1600-2400 counts/bin.

Light Curve with Higher Time Resolution
X-ray light curve of GRS 1915+105 with 1-sec time resolution.
Bin width of each data is 16 seconds. Bin #0 of X-axis corresponds
to April 29 21:59:59, 1996 (UT). This light curve includes
background counts of 100-150 counts/bin.

Light Curve with Higher Time Resolution
|
Ensemble averaged power spectrum of GRS1915+105. 49 power
spectra calculated from continuous 1024 bins of data with
0.125-sec time resolution are averaged. Wave numbers from 1
to 512 correspond to the frequency from 7.8 mHz to 4 Hz.
Broad peak at around wave number 15 (0.117 Hz) seems to be due
to QPO (quasi-periodic oscillations) which variability can be
directly seen in the above light curve with 1-sec time
resolution.
